Description
A Muay Thai club at the Banks O’ Dee Sports Club, set up in 2003 by its head coach Trevor Lawn. It trains three evenings a week, with pad work and drills on Mondays, sparring and clinch work on Wednesdays and circuits and bag work on Fridays, for beginners and experienced students.
