K2 Gym
An independent gym on the top floor above Newquay Kitchen Studios on Cliff Road, with a martial arts programme alongside its gym floor. The weekly timetable has gi and no-gi jiu-jitsu, kickboxing, Muay Thai and boxing classes with sparring sessions, a jiu-jitsu competition class and a free Sunday open mat.
