Classes are pre-booked through the gym’s app. Fundamental beginners’ no-gi and beginner wrestling classes run on Monday and Thursday evenings; fight team sessions are by invitation only.

Prices & membership
Pay as you go is £12 per session. Memberships are £85 a month by direct debit for any three classes a week plus gym use, or £125 a month for unlimited classes, strength and conditioning and the gym; kids MMA packages start at £50 a month. A 12-week beginners’ MMA course costs £160 (£80 deposit).
