Description
A martial arts centre and gym on Nursery Road in Hockley, training the community since 1996. It teaches Southern Steel Wire Mantis kung fu, boxing in a ring-equipped room and a kids’ kung fu class for ages 10 to 17.

Before you visit
Book classes online and cancel up to an hour before; the first boxing class can be booked free. Adult kung fu starts with the beginners’ course. There is free parking, showers and changing rooms on site.

Prices & membership
Classes are £6 each, booked online. The Mantis kung fu beginners’ course is £50 for the month; boxing plans start at £30 a month and kids’ kung fu is £20 a month. A gym day pass is £10.
