Description
A family-owned academy on Entertainment Avenue that teaches American Jiu-Jitsu, its own name for gi and no-gi Brazilian jiu-jitsu, alongside Muay Thai. It also runs Meditative Arts classes in tai chi, qigong and breathwork, a weekly women's no-gi class and age-grouped kids and teen classes. A second academy in Mountain Home teaches jiu-jitsu only.

Muay Thai is taught only at the Boise academy. Tai chi and Meditative Arts sessions appear on the gym's public adult calendar rather than on the main timetable page.

Membership prices are not published. New students start with a free 45-minute private lesson ("Truly free, no card on file"), after which a coach explains the 6 Week Beginner Course. The Saturday 10am open mat is listed as free and open to all.
