Description
A Thai boxing gym at the Beta Centre on Ringwood Road, coached by Mark Eastwood and Dave Wright. Adult classes run on Monday and Wednesday evenings with technique work followed by sparring, plus a Friday sparring session, and the gym has fighters competing at British and European level.

Contact the coaches before your first class. Sparring kit is 16oz gloves, mouth guard, groin guard and shin pads.
