Description
A kickboxing and MMA centre on the second floor of Black Dyke Mill in Queensbury, with a matted area of more than 1,000 sq ft, punch bags and a 25ft cage. Adults (17 and over) train on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and there is a ladies-only kickboxing class on Mondays led by a female instructor, plus kids’ and cadet classes.
