Description
An Olympic-style (WT) taekwondo school that trains on Tuesday evenings at Our Lady of Lourdes primary school in Rottingdean. Classes cover poomsae, sparring, self-defence and fitness, with a children’s class for ages 6 to 14 followed by an adult class for ages 15 and over.

Free taster lessons are by prior appointment only, so contact the school first. Use the blue door at the far right of the school building and ring the bell.

Prices & membership
The first class is free. Adults then pay £15 a class or £45 a month, and children £10 a class or £30 a month, plus a £38 annual licence including insurance.
