Description
An MMA gym in Portslade founded in 2022 by the brothers Aftab and Ashraf Miah, both professional K1 and MMA fighters. It teaches MMA, Muay Thai, K-1 kickboxing, no-gi BJJ grappling and boxing, with beginners’ Muay Thai, women-only Muay Thai and kids’ and teens’ classes. The gym has two matted areas and an 18ft competition cage.

Prices & membership
New students get a free two-class trial. After that a single class is £15, a ten-class card £120 and unlimited classes £115 a month; a boxing-only membership is £49 a month and a women-only Muay Thai membership £49.
