Description
A long-running Muay Thai club taught by Polish-born former fighter Jaroslaw (Jarek) Maryszczak in the school gym at Manor Community College on Arbury Road. Evening sessions cover warm-ups, fitness drills, Thai boxing technique, pad work and sparring, and the club takes adults and children, from beginners to experienced fighters.
