Description
A Shaolin Nam Pai Chuan kung fu club that trains at the Sport Wales National Centre in Sophia Gardens, led by senior instructor Sifu Ryan Pace. Adult classes follow a kids’ club for ages 6 to 14 on Monday and Thursday evenings.

Before you visit
Beginners can join any listed class; ask at the Sport Wales reception for the hall. Parking at the centre is free for users. There are no classes on bank holidays.

Prices & membership
Adults pay £8 a session and under-16s £6; a beginner’s second session is free. Monthly fees are £35 for adults and £25 for under-16s.
