Description

A Nam Pai Chuan kung fu club for over-16s at Plasnewydd Community Centre on Shakespeare Street, a member of the British Council for Chinese Martial Arts. Training covers striking, takedowns, forms, sparring, grappling and self-defence.

Classes are currently on Thursday evenings at Plasnewydd Community Centre (YMCA Plas). Wear loose clothing and bring water.
