Description
A Gracie jiu-jitsu academy on Hixson Pike, founded in 2002 and run by owner and head instructor Mickey Swafford, a certified instructor under Pedro Sauer. It teaches adult, kids and youth jiu-jitsu with a self-defense focus, plus a women’s self-defense program and private lessons.
