Description
A mixed martial arts academy in Montebello Square run by a former UFC fighter, with a caged mat area, boxing area and weight room. It teaches adult gi BJJ, no-gi grappling, boxing and a kickboxing program that alternates Muay Thai and Dutch kickboxing, plus kids BJJ for ages 5 to 12, and has an amateur and professional MMA fight team.

Before you visit
Friday light sparring is for members only, not first-time trial visitors. Teens 13 and over with six months’ experience can join adult classes.
