Description
A tai chi school teaching the Lee style as exercise, meditation and self-defence, with weekly classes in church halls and community centres around Edinburgh. The Tuesday evening class meets at Inverleith St Serf’s Church on Ferry Road, and students go on from the hand form to the dance, staff, silk and sword forms.
