A Northern Praying Mantis kung fu school in downtown Springfield, entered from South A Street behind Polemic Dance & Fitness Studio. Group classes run five days a week and cover forms, self-defense drills, chin na and, at higher levels, sparring and traditional weapons; the school also has a lion dance team.
