Description

A kickboxing and Te-Ashi-Do karate school with its own centre on Beacon Lane in Beacon Heath, led by instructor Mark Fry and running for over 25 years. Adult kickboxing runs three evenings a week with a senior-grade class, Te-Ashi-Do karate (a self-defence system) runs on Mondays and Wednesdays, and there are children’s classes in both.

Book the free first lesson through the website’s timetable. Adult kickboxing is open from age 13 and adult karate from 13.

Prices & membership

Membership by monthly direct debit with no contract: £30 a month for one class a week, £55 for two, £80 for three and £105 for four. The first lesson is free.
