Description
A combat sports gym on the top floor of 10 Possil Road, founded in 2005, teaching Brazilian jiu-jitsu (gi and no-gi), wrestling, Muay Thai, boxing and MMA. Fundamentals classes run alongside all-levels, advanced and competition sessions, with a weekly women’s BJJ class and kids’ Muay Thai.

Before you visit
No booking is needed: turn up before the class and pay per class. The gym lists its beginners’ and fundamentals sessions on its FAQ page. Kids’ Muay Thai (ages 5 to 15) is arranged through a separate coach; kids’ BJJ and MMA run at the Griphouse Academy in the same building.

Prices & membership
Pay per class £10 (£7 for students and under 15s); £80 a month or £800 a year for all classes (£60 / £600 for students and under 15s). The gym does not offer free trial classes.
