A Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai gym on Main Street in East Hartford. Adults have gi and no-gi jiu-jitsu and evening Muay Thai and kickboxing classes most days, and there are kids classes and women-only jiu-jitsu and striking sessions each week.
