A family martial arts academy on West Emory Road in Powell, at the same address for over 50 years. It teaches karate, Brazilian jiu-jitsu (gi and no-gi) and kickboxing to kids, teens and adults, including a ladies-only BJJ class.

Before you visit
Fill in the trial form first; a coach then books your introductory lesson. Teen and adult classes run on several weekday evenings and mornings and on Saturday morning.

Prices & membership
The 30-day trial program costs $49.95 and includes two classes a week of karate, jiu-jitsu and kickboxing plus a uniform and belt. Membership prices come in an information packet on request.
