Description
A classical Yang-style tai chi chuan school founded in 2002 by Paul Florkowski, teaching at the Gregson Centre on Moorgate and other Lancaster venues. Classes range from beginners’ tai chi and qigong to advanced and martial-applications sessions with pushing hands and self-defence.

Phone or email first so you can be placed in the right class; some martial-applications classes are by invitation only. Classes also run at St Paul’s Hala Hall.
