Description
The Leeds Taoist Centre at Sea Cloud Hall, at the end of Sandford Place in Kirkstall, teaches the Lee Family Taoist Arts: tai chi, qigong, Taoist yoga and Hand of the Wind kung fu. Newcomers start with a four-week beginners’ course, and there are gentle daytime tai chi classes and a children’s kung fu class.
