Description
Leicester classes of the International Taijiquan & Shaolin Wushu Association, led by Master Derek Frearson at the Leicester Progressive Spiritual Centre on Lee Street. They cover Yang style tai chi, Northern Shaolin Seven Star Mantis kung fu and wing chun, with a beginners’ tai chi class and a children’s Mantis class. A free class runs on Saturday mornings.

Prices & membership
Most classes are £5 per session. The free Saturday class (9–10am) is held in Town Hall Square from May to October and at the Progressive Spiritual Centre from November to April.
