A tai chi and qigong school established in 1998 that runs weekly classes across Sefton and north Liverpool, led by instructors with over 20 years of tai chi experience. Classes include Wednesday mornings in Bootle, Monday evenings in Aintree Village and seated or standing classes on Zoom.
