Description
A mixed martial arts gym on Dockside Road in the Royal Docks, founded by Cliff Bura in 2008. It teaches Muay Thai, 10th Planet no-gi jiu-jitsu, MMA and wrestling, with hour-long under-16s classes in Thai boxing, jiu-jitsu and MMA.

Prices & membership
Unlimited membership is £110 a month and off-peak (7am to 5pm) £90 a month, both on a three-month minimum with a two-week evaluation period. Under-16s pay £65 a month on a 30-day rolling agreement. There are no free trial sessions; classes taken before cancelling in the evaluation period are charged at £20 each.
