A large full-time martial arts gym on Pritchard’s Road near Cambridge Heath station, running more than 150 classes a week. It teaches Brazilian jiu-jitsu (gi and no-gi), Muay Thai, boxing, MMA and wrestling, plus kids’ martial arts classes for ages 4 to 15.

The seven-day trial starts when you register as a member online; drop-in visitors can pay per class. Prepaid one- and three-month passes suit visitors.

Prices & membership
Adult drop-ins are £20 a class, kids £15 and open mat £10. Rolling memberships run from £79 a month (eight classes) to £110 a month unlimited, plus a £25 joining fee and £10 annual insurance; new rolling memberships include a seven-day trial that can be cancelled for a full refund.
