Description
A full-time mixed martial arts gym on Inkerman Street with a large open mat area. Adults can train MMA, Muay Thai, Brazilian jiu-jitsu in and out of the gi, freestyle wrestling and men’s boxing, with a beginners’ Muay Thai class on Thursdays. There are ladies-only Muay Thai sessions and separate kids’ and juniors’ classes from age 4.

Book a free trial through the website form first. Weekday adult classes run from 6.30pm; Saturday Muay Thai is at 10am and Sunday no-gi grappling at 10.45am.
