A Brazilian jiu-jitsu and kickboxing gym on the Crown Industrial Estate off Poland Street in Ancoats, running since 2013. BJJ is gi-only in the Carlson Gracie lineage, with fundamentals and advanced classes, and there is a women-only BJJ class on Sunday mornings.

Free trials cover BJJ and kickboxing; message the gym through its contact form or social media to book. Regular classes run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings.

Prices & membership
Memberships by direct debit: kickboxing only £45 a month, BJJ only £60 a month, unlimited BJJ and kickboxing £70 a month. The Sunday women’s BJJ class is £6 per session, paid to the coach, and has no free trial.
