Description
A kickboxing and boxing gym founded in 2016 by Thomas Banks, with its headquarters in a large unit at Lakeview House, Mount Farm, with a ring and rows of bags; a second gym runs in Crownhill. Teens and adults (14+) have kickboxing and boxing classes on weekday evenings, children train from age 3, and an invitation-only fight squad competes.
