A full-time martial arts school on Lime Street in the Ouseburn Valley, there since 2002, with a 195 square metre training area. Its main adult class is its own kickboxing style built on Muay Thai, alongside a grappling programme, Filipino Kali and children’s ju-jitsu and self-defence classes.

Prices & membership
A free one-week trial is offered. Adult membership is £60 a month for any eight classes or £70 a month unlimited (£50 and £60 for students and NHS staff); children’s plans are £30 to £50 a month.
