Description
A women-only boxing class for ages 16 and over, started in 2015 by coach Colin and held at Far Cotton Boxing Club on Towcester Road. Sessions teach boxing technique at each member’s own pace; sparring and competing are optional. Classes run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday morning, with a separate Wednesday morning class.

Prices & membership
Membership is £30 a month for the evening and Saturday morning classes, £20 a month for the Wednesday morning class only, or £40 a month for all classes. Free car parking.
