Description
A Brazilian jiu-jitsu school at 28 Mason Road, led by 4th-degree black belt Steven Cowan, which has taught BJJ in Norfolk since 2003. Adults start in beginner-only sessions on Monday and Wednesday evenings, and the school also runs SKILLZ child-development classes for ages 3 to 14 and private one-to-one lessons.

Prices & membership
Adults get 30 days of free training. After that, adult BJJ is £65 a month for one class a week or £85 a month for all classes. Children start with a free week of SKILLZ classes.
