Description
A mixed martial arts gym on Wilsthorpe Road in Long Eaton, opened in 2011, teaching Muay Thai, wrestling and submission grappling, with MMA sparring for those who want it. The building has a boxing ring, a caged grappling mat, bag area and weights room, and there are junior and teen Thai boxing classes.

Prices & membership
A single Thai boxing session is £10 and a wrestling or grappling session £14. Adult membership is £70 a month for all classes and the weights area; juniors pay £25 and teens in full-time education £40 a month.
