Description
A city-centre gym at Fishergate Point, a short walk from the Motorpoint Arena, teaching kickboxing, boxing and MMA. Coaching is led by former kickboxing world champion Owen King, and new starters can take eight-week beginners’ courses in kickboxing or boxing.

Before you visit
Free trial days are Monday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday morning, starting in the beginners’ kickboxing class. Bring loose clothing without zips and a drink.

Prices & membership
A one-day free trial covers the kickboxing, boxing and MMA classes (not sparring). Monthly memberships are £65 for kickboxing or boxing, £70 for both and £75 for all classes including MMA; full-time students pay £60. Eight-week beginners’ courses cost £99.
