Description
A pro-am boxing gym in Benedict Square, Werrington, home of Apollo ABC and affiliated to the amateur boxing association. Senior classes for ages 16 and over cover beginners to advanced boxers, with footwork, defence and fitness. There are also junior classes from age 9, a women-only class, open gym sessions and personal training.
