A martial arts school at Broughton Business Park that has taught in Preston since 2006. It runs Krav Maga self-defence and kickboxing classes for adults and teens aged 13 and over, led by Lee Douglas, alongside kids’ Krav Maga for ages 7 to 12 and a preschool programme. Adult kickboxing classes last 45 minutes.
