A large martial arts and fitness gym on Double Diamond Parkway in south Reno, with one membership covering all classes. The teen and adult timetable has ITF taekwon-do, Muay Thai/boxing/kickboxing, jiu-jitsu and self-defense, and traditional Shaolin kung fu, alongside kids’ taekwon-do, jiu-jitsu and striking classes.

Prices & membership
Membership prices: core membership $250 a month month-to-month or $199 a month on a 12-month agreement ($2,189 paid yearly); family rates from $155 to $120 per person; a one-class-per-week membership is $150 month-to-month or $120 on 12 months. A trial assessment class costs $35 (advertised as 2-for-1).
