Description
A mixed martial arts gym on Jahnke Road, opened in 2007 by Rick McCoy, with two training areas. Membership covers unlimited MMA, Muay Thai kickboxing, boxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and no-gi grappling classes; the adult program is for ages 15 and up and the kids’ program starts at age 7.
