An independently owned boxing and kickboxing gym on 3300 South. Group classes are bag-based boxing and kickboxing rounds with technique work, with fundamentals classes for newcomers, boxing-plus-strength sessions and a weekly kid and teen boxing class.

Prices & membership
Membership price: unlimited class pack $129 a month on autopay (30 days’ notice to cancel). Drop-ins $25 a class; 5 classes $100, 10 classes $185. First week free. Kid and teen boxing (ages 9-16, Wednesdays 4pm) is $20 drop-in or $35 a month added to a membership.
