Description
A martial arts gym in the basement of the Church and State building on 300 East, formerly Combat Arts Strength and Conditioning. It teaches Brazilian jiu-jitsu, wrestling and Muay Thai kickboxing to adults, with a youth and teens program and strength and conditioning classes.

Membership prices: jiu-jitsu and wrestling or Muay Thai kickboxing $155 a month each (listed as sale prices); all-access $165 a month; youth and teens $140 a month. A drop-in class costs $25 and a 10-class pass $200 (valid 90 days). A free one-week trial is offered.
