Description
A martial arts centre inside the Testlands Hub on Green Lane, teaching freestyle wrestling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, judo, MMA and submission grappling, with children’s programmes. It is affiliated to British Wrestling and runs BJJ and freestyle wrestling competitions in Southampton four times a year.

Drop-in sessions are £10. Monthly memberships are £60 for adults, £40 for teens (15–18) and £39 for kids (7–14). A free trial class is offered to new members.
