Description
A boxing gym on South Jefferson Street downtown, started in 2002 by former professional boxer Rick Welliver. It runs boxing conditioning classes on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings, open gym hours, and sparring by appointment for competing boxers.

Prices & membership
Drop-in fee $10 (up to two visits). Membership: $95 a month plus a $100 startup fee; 10 weeks for students and military $200. Private lessons $30, or 10 for $250. Family and group rates on request.
