Description
A family-run martial arts and fitness gym in Springkerse, run by Colin and Gill Lyon. Adults (16 and over) can book Brazilian jiu-jitsu on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday and Muay Thai on Monday and Wednesday, alongside women-only fitness classes. Children have Chimera Cubs (3 to 7), Chimera Kids (7 to 12) and a kids’ Muay Thai class.

Prices & membership
Monthly memberships: Bronze Martial Arts £40 (up to 5 classes a month), Silver Martial Arts £50 (up to 8 classes a month) and Gold Martial Arts £60 (unlimited, plus 24/7 gym use). Fitness-only memberships run from £35 a month. A free taster session can be booked online.
