Description
A Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy on Grand Canal Boulevard with two mat spaces, run alongside the Valley Fitness gym at the same address. It runs gi and no-gi classes, a fundamentals class, a women-only gi class and boxing sessions, plus kids classes from age 3 and a kids competition program.

New students can trial any class except open mat; white belts must be cleared before attending open mat. A gi is not needed for a first gi class.

Membership prices (rates effective February 2023): adult jiu-jitsu $170 month to month or $140 a month on a 6-month commitment; kids $150 month to month or $120 on a 6-month commitment. Add-ons for members: boxing $40, women’s only $85; boxing only $85. Discounts for military, educators and law enforcement. The first class is free.
