Description
A Hung Ga kung fu school in East Syracuse led by Sifu Sharif Anael-Bey, the Upstate New York representative of Yee's Hung Ga International Kung Fu Association. Adults learn the full system of forms, conditioning, weapons and qigong, and there are kids kung fu, lion dance and fight team classes.
