Description
A jiu-jitsu academy on Monroe Street, west of Franklin Park Mall, run by a team of black-belt instructors. The timetable has gi and no-gi classes from 6:30 am, kids jiu-jitsu for ages 4 to 7 and 8 to 12, and weekend open mats. Adamas also runs a separate MMA and boxing building at 5660 Monroe Street in Sylvania and a branch in Perrysburg; the boxing, kickboxing, wrestling and judo classes on its shared schedule are not listed here because the site does not say which building hosts them.
