An MMA gym founded in 2014 on the Hilton Main Industrial Estate off Bognop Road, on the north-eastern edge of Wolverhampton. The weekly timetable has beginners’ and advanced MMA, no-gi jiu-jitsu, Thai boxing and kids’ MMA on a matted area of over 100 square metres.

Before you visit
Beginners start in the Monday evening Beginners MMA class; gloves and equipment can be provided for your first sessions. The gym is closed on Fridays and Sundays.
