Description
An MMA club inside DNA Gym on Yorvale Business Park in east York. Classes are split into striking (Muay Thai, kickboxing, K1, boxing and karate), grappling (no-gi BJJ, wrestling and judo), MMA, sparring and open mat, with junior classes for ages 12 to 18. Every class is £5 pay as you go, and the gym also has a weights floor.

Before you visit
Book before you come, as class sizes are limited. Adult classes take students from 16 (younger only with a participating adult), spare gloves and shin guards are provided, and beginners are advised to skip the sparring class at first.

Prices & membership
Classes are £5 pay as you go, paid online or on arrival. Monthly MMA, striking and grappling passes are also sold (prices on the booking page), and private coaching is £35 an hour.
