The Albany headquarters of Atlas Jiu Jitsu, with more than 6,000 square feet of mats and a cage on Colvin Avenue. Adults train gi and no-gi jiu-jitsu, striking and MMA, and the Tiny Titans program covers children aged 4 to 14.
