Description
A jiu-jitsu and striking academy off Wolf Road in Latham, founded in 2017 by William Schwartz and four training partners. Adults choose between gi and no-gi jiu-jitsu and an adults-only striking program of Muay Thai and kickboxing, and there is a kids jiu-jitsu program for ages 4 to 12.
